Benjamin helped me sign up with State Farm getting triple the coverage while saving more money on insurance compared to my previous provider. After being a customer with no claims for 7 years we got no assistance from Sam... not even Im really sorry! Just a... you didnt have the right coverage. "Not a super great experience with Sam Hunt State Farm agency. about two years ago my vehicle was stolen and it was a lot of myself following up with the location and back and forth to make sure things got handled properly. I did more calling than I probably should have done, outside of that I still stayed with this location. Following up this time around my card lapsed as the card's expiration date hit, which I should have had noticed, but this is where it got interesting. The only reason I found this out is because I got a new credit card that I wanted to hit the signing bonus of, so I started transferring all my autopay's to. I logged into my State Farm app to update to a new card and that is when I found out I did not have coverage. I thought it was a glitch within the app, so I called the Sam Hunt Agency, and they informed me I did not have coverage. I asked Ben if it was their job to follow up with customers on this and he informed me yes. He informed me they texted me, called me and email me regarding this. I am a individual that does not delete text and I filter out my emails depending on the type of service the email is. I never had a reach out from this location, so it seems someone did not do the proper follow up of their job. I have never missed a payment with over a decade I have been with State Farm. I didn't have coverage since October, but what is funny I did receive a Christmas card from them though, so I was still in their system, I have decided to move my policy over to another location here in the area as it is not State Farm that was the issue, but it looks as it's this particular location. Hopefully this is a minimum issue for their location and not the normal experience but having two major issues now is concerning."
